In the heart of the Mas Gruzin hamlet, in an old Revermontois farmhouse with exposed stonework, the Holiday cottage Dombes, on 2 levels (58 m²), sleeps up to 6 people and is adjoined by two other Holiday cottages (each sleeping 4). The ground-floor entrance leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, which opens onto a lovely living room with a 2-person sofa bed. Small laundry room with washing machine, WC and washbasin. The first floor comprises two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds to be joined together if required) and the shower room. Small private terrace with garden furniture. Electric heating. A freezer (including 1 of 3 lockers) is available in a technical room in the semi-open barn, adjacent to the communal enclosed parking lot, along with a ping-pong table. A play area comprising: an above-ground swimming pool, shared with other guests and the owners, accessible only during the summer months; a slide and trampoline will delight young and old alike. The filling of the Piscine and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of the "drought" decrees of the Ain prefecture. The advantages of this Holiday cottage: utilities included, bed linen provided. The Holiday cottage is ideally located close to the A40 motorway, Ainterexpo, Bourg-en-Bresse and its famous Monastère Royal de Brou, a masterpiece of flamboyant Gothic architecture and a historic monument. The Bouvent Leisure Park with swimming, water sports, picnic area with barbecue, kids' play area, snack bar and 9-hole golf course. Local attractions include the Chanaz washhouse, hiking and mountain-biking trails starting directly from the Holiday cottage.
