In the heart of the Countryside, 15 minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse and less than 1 hour from Lyon. In an old adobe farmhouse, renovated in 2020, the Holiday cottage l'Etable can accommodate up to 5 people, with its 2 bedrooms. Ideal for a quiet stay, in the spirit of a "family home in the Countryside".
The charming hamlet layout - 1 other Holiday cottage and 2 family dwellings on the site - rules out parties and other noisy gatherings.
The Holiday cottage is all on one level. From the courtyard, you enter a large, bright living room with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet. At night : 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) giving access to the garden at the rear of the house, with a view over the fields; the other with 3 single beds (2 beds 90x200 and 1 bed 90x190).
1 terrace, 1 private garden, and shared areas with the other Holiday cottage (Piscine, play area).
The large 6x12m (1.5m deep) Piscine, shared with other guests and the owners, is open from May to September, weather permitting. A converted barn houses the pool house and games area (table soccer, table tennis, darts, etc.). Nordic baths available on request.
Wood heating and heat pump. 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer for stays of a week or more. Parking at courtyard entrance.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and utilities included.
