Independent entrance to living room with open kitchen, shower room-wc with laundry room. On the 1st floor: three bedrooms (one with a 90cm bed, one with a 160cm bed and one with two 90cm*200cm beds, which can be joined together as required), bathroom with WC, relaxation area (extra bed 90cm). This Holiday cottage has been completely renovated on a former family farm, a 28-hectare estate in one piece. The decor is a subtle blend of contemporary and rustic. Ideal for a get-together with friends or family thanks to its 5 bed and breakfast rooms. The Holiday cottage has its own private garden and is heated by wood chips. A great place for nature lovers to discover the Dombes region and its wealth of lakes, Hiking trails and local produce. Close to La Bresse Golf course (4 km) and Parc des Oiseaux (16 km). Indoor Piscine shared with the owner, available to guests from 9am to 7pm (for everyone's safety, children must be accompanied and are the responsibility of their parents), accessible only in summer. Professional stays limited to 4 people.
