Located at the crossroads of the three départements of Ain, Saône et Loire and Jura, 5 minutes from the A39 motorway, this gite adjoining the owners' holiday home has been totally renovated in an old farmhouse, right in the heart of the countryside, and can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you enter into a relaxation area opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, a gentle blend of soft, uncluttered decor with a few acidic notes and a French-style ceiling; separate toilet with washbasin. From the dining area, you access the covered terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. On the upper floor, a corridor opens onto three air-conditioned bedrooms in personalized colors: one in beige with a reading corner including a 160*200 bed, and two bedrooms with 2 90*200 beds each, one in blue tones and the second in chocolate tones. Spacious bathroom and separate toilet. A small storage area is available with baby equipment. Bonus: utilities included in rental price (electricity, heating). Come and recharge your batteries in this green setting, where you'll be lucky enough to spot a doe and its stag, meet Minus the cat, or discover a region rich in architecture and leisure activities.

Plusbeauvillage Attractive, comfortable and well-equipped. View.
C'est notre cinquième séjour de 3 mois en Europe et nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux gîtes. Mais nous pouvons dire que ce gîte est l'un des meilleurs dans lesquels nous avons séjourné. La grande terrasse avec table à manger et chaises offre une belle vue large et longue. La grande salle de bain a une douche très spacieuse et excellente. Les chambres à l'étage ont la climatisation et notre lit était très confortable. Nous avons aimé nourrir leurs poules. Oui, tout était super. Et nous avons apprécié la chaleur et la gentillesse du charmant couple d'hôtes. Merci beaucoup !
