Enjoy a natural interlude in the heart of the Dombes, a unique region of a thousand ponds, between Bresse and Beaujolais. This family vacation home for 8 people welcomes you in a green, typically Dombes setting. With its 3 bedrooms, it combines comfort, authenticity and closeness to nature. For heritage lovers, explore the picturesque villages of the surrounding area, such as Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne or Pérouges - veritable treasures of history. And for gourmets, don't miss the famous galette de Pérouges, the local star! Escape to the Parc des Oiseaux, in Villars les Dombes, and marvel at the colors, sounds and beauty of nature at liberty. The paths at the foot of the Holiday cottage are already inviting for a stroll, and just 50 meters away, discover the pond (not private), a peaceful place for strolling, birdwatching or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. A separate outdoor area gives you easy access to the pond and the peace of the Countryside. Extend your day in the estate's large common shed, equipped with games. If you're a horse lover, you'll be delighted: the owner, a keen equestrian, offers a horse-riding stopover for visiting riders. The network connection is sometimes capricious... but here, we promise you a 100% natural connection. Now, discover your vacation home and its little steps... nothing extreme, just enough to keep you in shape during the vacations! Access to the 1st floor: shared living room with lounge, shower room with WC. A large corridor leads to 3 bedrooms (2*160*200; 4 Bunk beds), each with en-suite shower room-WC. For your convenience: Beds made on arrival, cleaning and utilities included. Optional: bathroom linen. Pets allowed, including horses, but with a fixed fee (€10 per horse per night).
