In the heart of the village of Etrez, 4.5 km from Montrevel en Bresse and 20 km from Bourg en Bresse, this two-bedroom, single-storey Holiday cottage (83 m²) can accommodate up to 6 people.
Through a private entrance to the Holiday cottage, and in the extension of the owners' house, the main entrance opens onto a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, and a large, bright living room with a single bed. From the kitchen, a corridor leads to an independent toilet, a laundry area, an Italian-style shower room and two bedrooms. The first bedroom, in pink and blue, has two 90*200 beds that can be joined together to suit your needs or desires; the second bedroom, a master bedroom in taupe and gray, is designed for three people: one 140*200 bed and one 90*200 bed. This bedroom has its own Italian-style shower room with integrated toilet.
Gas heating. For the enjoyment of young and old alike, the Piscine shared with the owners is available under certain conditions and is only accessible during the summer months. Numerous hiking trails (6 to 21 km) and mountain bike trails (6 to 43 km) depart from the Base de loisirs de la Plaine Tonique in Montrevel en Bresse.
Also worth a visit are Bourg en Bresse and its architecture, and the Bresse farms with their Saracen chimneys....
