Le Grenier du Chêne is an atypical Group holiday cottage in the quiet Countryside, completely renovated in 2025. This beautiful family home, a blend of stone and wood, is located in Saint-Étienne-sur-Reyssouze, in the Ain region, in the heart of the Bresse region, and is very popular for family and friends gatherings. With its 5 bedrooms, the Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 15 people.

Set in a peaceful garden planted with trees, the three-storey house invites you to return to your roots. The majestic oak at the center of the garden gives the property its name: its enveloping presence immediately inspires rest and serenity. In the shade of its branches, siestas take on a new dimension of silence, coolness and summery softness. This warm, homely atmosphere extends to the interior, where simple, colorful and meticulously designed furnishings create a real sense of Wellbeing. The house's spacious living spaces are perfect for sharing, whether around large tables or over breakfast in the sun.
On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a cosy living room with wood-burning stove, direct access to the courtyard and garden exteriors, a master bedroom (1 bed 160*200) with private shower room, WC.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160*200; 2*90*190 or 1*180 and a large "dormitory" for 6 people (2 beds 90 or bed 180 and 4 bunk beds), shower room with double basins, WC.
2nd floor: a 55 m² area ideal for activities, rest or work according to needs and desires, and a 15 m² relaxation area, shower room and WC.

Travel light: All inclusive. Even cleaning. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen and household linen supplied. Utilities included.
Heat pump heating. The garden and its nooks and crannies, the terrace and the Piscine (above ground - 3*6m and 1 m deep) accessible only in summer, complete the decor.
