Beautiful 1920 bourgeois house with indoor swimming pool, sleeps 15 in its 6 upstairs bedrooms. The Art Deco house combines charm and comfort, and the atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties. The house is located in a suburban neighborhood, with a private garden, parking and secure access to enjoy the peace and quiet. As soon as you open the front door, the stage is set for a parade of shimmering colors. At the entrance, to the left is the heated indoor swimming pool with its unique wooden beach; to the right is the exceptional reception hall with its stained glass windows, fireplace, wooden staircase leading to the bedrooms and gigantic crystal chandelier. From the hall, you'll enter directly into the large living room with its bow window, and the elegantly decorated dining room, equipped with a video projector. From the hall, on your left, a corridor leads to the kitchen with a French window giving access to the garden. Comfortable, functional kitchen with adjoining utility room. Separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find the 6 bedrooms, each with its own character and private bathroom or shower room and WC. The half landing leads to the lounge/bedroom with a sofa bed (2 people 140) and the Louise Brooks bedroom (2 beds 90 or one bed 180). A few steps further up, a corridor leads to 4 bedrooms: Joséphine Baker (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180) with private terrace and view over the Saône, Coco Chanel (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180) in crimson, Mistinguette (4 beds 90 including 2 bunk beds) and Suzanne Lenglen (with chaise longue and 1 bed 90) in chocolate and green. Bed linen and towels included, gas heating. Discover the Saône river towpath, 100 m away on foot or by bike, and the Château de Fléchère.
