In the heart of a hamlet in Servignat, in the Countryside, Emmanuel offers 4 bed and breakfast rooms, 3 of which are on the first floor of the owner's residence and feature soft, uncluttered decor. The 4th room - Cabin enchantée - is located on the property.
In this completely renovated former Bresse farmhouse, a separate entrance leads to a living room, from which a staircase leads to the bedrooms. The landing opens onto the first bedroom with a 160*200 double bed, the second bedroom with a 160*200 bed and a single bed (suitable for a Kids), and the last bedroom with a 160 double bed. The Cabin has a 140*190 bed and a bunk bed with 2 80*190 beds, and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 Kids (under 15). Each of the 3 bedrooms has a desk and a private bathroom with toilet. The Cabin has a kitchenette and a private outdoor area.
Breakfasts and table d'hôtes for the 3 rooms in the house (reservation required) are prepared with local, homemade products, and are served on the covered terrace in summer or in the dining area for guests. A lounge overlooking the living room is equipped with a library corner, so you can take your time daydreaming.
For a stopover or a longer stay, the wooded park is designed for relaxing, taking naps in the shade, in hammocks and deckchairs, and enjoying the calm of the surroundings.
Close to the room: Base de loisirs de Montrevel (15km), Marina de Pont de Vaux (10km), numerous footpaths, for cyclists: Voie Bleue (10km) and Traversée (1.5km) and numerous circuits ... not forgetting fishing in rivers, ponds or streams. There's plenty to do for young and old alike.

The enchanted Cabin sleeps up to 4. Room comprises a 140*190 double bed (please note that the bed is bounded by the walls of the Cabin, at the head and foot) and two 80*180 bunk beds (for Kids only). Small caravan-style bathroom with shower and WC (no washbasin). A kitchenette is integrated into the Cabin. Maximum capacity: 2 adults and 2 Kids (under 15).

Excellent séjour d'une nuit en remontant depuis les Alpes dans l'Ain chez Emmanuel.
Un gîte au calme avec un grand terrain avec des jeux pour les petits, une piscine, des hamacs pour la lecture des grands ... Le paradis à la campagne !
Un vrai séjour reposant avec des bons produits maison et locaux (confitures, yaourts, digestifs...).
Le calme et les petites attentions apportées par Emmanuel et sa compagne font toute la différence!

Emmanuel nous a fait un bel accueil dans son magnifique gîte. Nous étions en famille avec un enfant de 5 ans et un bébé de 5 mois, et tout était à disposition pour eux. Merci!
Sinon, le soir, Emmanuel nous a préparé un délicieux repas local, de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert, en n'oubliant pas un superbe plateau de fromages.
Le lendemain matin, nous avons profité d'un super petit-déjeuner avec une brioche maison savoureuse, des confitures maisons (5!!) à découvrir et une ambiance très conviviale.

Sonnenschein Un paradis près de la Saône/Ein Paradies
Un séjour merveilleux lors de notre voyage de retour vers l'Allemagne ! Emmanuel et Sandrine sont des personnes chaleureuses et accueillantes. Nous avons d'abord pu profiter du grand jardin avec des hamacs, puis de la piscine très particulière. Il faut absolument réserver la table d'hôtes. Le menu est tellement délicieux ! Bravo Emmanuel! Ensuite, il faut encore profiter du coucher de soleil avec un bon verre de Chardoney et dormir dans un calme absolu.
C'est bien qu'une telle chose existe encore aujourd'hui.Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf unserer Rückreise nach Deutschland! Emmanuel und Sandrine sind herzliche und freundliche Menschen. Zunächst konnten wir den großen Garten mit Hängematten und dann das ganz besondere Schwimmbad genießen. Auf jeden Fall la table d’hôtes buchen. Das menu ist so lecker! Bravo Emmanuel! Dann noch den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas guten Chardoney genießen und in absoluter Ruhe schlafen. Schön, das es so etwas heute noch gibt.
