In the heart of the Mas Gruzin hamlet, in an old Revermont farmhouse with exposed stonework, the 2-storey (45 m²) Bugey gîte welcomes you and adjoins two other gîtes (6 and 4 people). The ground-floor entrance opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen and a small living room (sofa bed for 2). A shower room-WC. Upstairs is a mezzanine with a small sitting area and desk, and a bedroom (1 bed 160). Electric heating. Private terrace with garden furniture. A freezer (with 3 lockers) is at your disposal in a technical room in the semi-open barn, with a ping-pong table, adjacent to the communal, enclosed parking lot. A playground with an above-ground swimming pool (accessible only in summer), swings, slide and trampoline will delight young and old alike. A plus for this gîte: utilities included, bed linen supplied. The filling of the swimming pool and its use by the tenants may be restricted in application of the "drought" decrees of the Ain prefecture.
The gîte is ideally located close to the A40 motorway, Ainterexpo, Bourg-en-Bresse and its famous Monastère Royal de Brou, a masterpiece of flamboyant Gothic architecture and a historic monument. The Parc de Loisirs de Bouvent with swimming, water sports, picnic area with barbecue, children's games, snack bar and 9-hole golf course. Local attractions include the Chanaz washhouse, and hiking and mountain-biking trails departing directly from the gîte.
