In the heart of the Mas Gruzin hamlet, in an old Revermont farmhouse built of exposed stone, the 2-storey Holiday cottage Bresse (61 m² floor space) is adjacent to two other Holiday cottages (6 and 4 people). The ground-floor entrance leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room. One bedroom (1 bed 160*200), separate WC. The first floor comprises a bedroom (2 single beds (90cm), which can be joined together if required), an under-sloped relaxation area with velux window, and a sofa bed (clic-clac 1 person). A shower room. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Small private terrace with garden furniture. A freezer (with 3 lockers) is at your disposal in a technical room in the semi-open barn, with a ping-pong table, and adjoining the communal, enclosed parking lot.
A play area comprising: an above-ground Piscine shared with the other tenants (and the owners), accessible only during the summer months; a slide and trampoline will delight young and old alike. The filling of the Piscine and its use by the tenants may be restricted in application of the "drought" decrees of the Ain prefecture. The advantages of this Holiday cottage: utilities included, bed linen provided.
The Holiday cottage is ideally located close to the A40 motorway, Ainterexpo, Bourg-en-Bresse and its famous Monastère Royal de Brou, a masterpiece of flamboyant Gothic architecture and a historic monument. The Bouvent Leisure Park with swimming, water sports, picnic area with barbecue, kids' play area, snack bar and 9-hole golf course. Local attractions include the Chanaz washhouse, hiking and mountain-biking trails starting directly from the Holiday cottage.
