At the entrance to the hamlet of Le Crozet, the "Au Tilleul" gîte has been completely renovated in an old farmhouse, to offer quality accommodation with a harmonious blend of plant, wood and metal decor. Entrance to the property is from the gîte's private courtyard and garden, then onto a covered terrace. Adjoining a barn, the main entrance opens onto a large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge and living room. On the 1st floor, a staircase leads to a landing with an office area, which opens onto two bedrooms, one with a 140*200 bed and a second with a 140*200 bed and a 90*190 bed. A shower room and WC complete this property. Electric heating.
Bonus: beds made up on arrival, utilities included. To take advantage of the outdoor spaces dedicated to the gîte, there's a parking lot 20 m from the gîte. The gîte is close to the lakes and vineyards of the Bugey region. For sporty types, discover the Viarhôna (8 km away), a cycle path that runs along the Rhône. No cell phone network.
