Approx. 4 km from Le Colombier, the gîte is located in the center of the village, next to a communal parking lot. Through a secure gate, you enter the private courtyard with terrace, equipped with spacious garden furniture. This totally renovated gîte is designed to accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main entrance opens onto a hall which leads to - on your left - a relaxing lounge, and on your right, a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with dining area. A French window gives direct access to the terrace. A toilet with washbasin is available on the ground floor. Two staircases lead up to the bedrooms. The wooden staircase, accessible from the hall, leads to two bedrooms: a first bedroom with a 140*190 bed, and a second bedroom with a 140*190 bed, with a shower room in between.
The door at the far end of the kitchen leads to a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink. Then, through a door, you access a partly covered outdoor patio with a lounge. A wood and steel staircase leads to the third and final bedroom. This independent bedroom with private balcony includes 140*190 bedding, a desk area, and a shower room with integrated toilet. On the same level, a large room (unheated) with a surface area of 43 m², ideal for sharing moments of relaxation, or simply reading.
Electric heating. On arrival: beds are made up, towels and utilities are included, and four adult bicycles are available for your use.
This gîte is ideally located for discovering the Col du Grand Colombier road pass at 1,498 m altitude, and the must-see cycling destinations. Don't miss the Marais de Lavours, a 473-hectare national nature reserve. Activities for all ages and seasons. Wifi on request
