Do you know the Côtière? This natural region lies in the south-west of the département, stretching for around 40 km along the hillside from the Croix-Rousse balcony to Pérouges.
Let us tell you about the history of these heritage sites and immerse yourself in the richness of this territory. As you leave the City, the Côtière region reveals its unique flora and fauna.
The Apothicairerie in Montluel, Lake Neyton in Dagneux and the Lônes in Balan will delight you with their wild side. Immerse yourself in this natural environment, where Hiking has pride of place, with safe, signposted trails. The region offers a variety of itineraries, including walks suitable for the less sporty and ideal for family discoveries.
For professionals, the Bugey power plant is less than 1/2 hour away, the airport 15 minutes, and central Lyon 25 km.
If you prefer to relax, the owners invite you to share their swimming pool (7.5*3.7 with a depth of 1.5 m), heated from early April to mid-October. Equipped with an electric roller shutter for comfort and salt treatment.
This 6-person Holiday cottage is on the ground floor of the owners' house, with its own entrance. Bright, uncluttered decor. A garden area is available for relaxing.
Kitchen area with living room (160*200 sofa bed), two bedrooms (one with 1 160*200 bed and one with two 80*200 electric beds that can be joined together). Shower room with WC. Storeroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge. Semi-covered terrace facing the Piscine. Heating included. Plancha grill. Parking inside the property and a garage on request for motorcycles or bicycles. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, heating included (electric). Cleaning optional. Reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicle (extra charge).

Marleen en Philippe Ruime gite in een mooie omgeving.
Verzorgde gite met heerlijke buitenruimte.
Eigenaar vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.
Gite is ruim en heel aangenaam.
Keuken is voorzien van alle comfort, oven, koelkast, diepvries, koffiemachines, microgolfoven . . .
Potten en pannen zijn voorzien, maar wel eens aan vervanging toe.Nette badkamer met goede douche en voldoende warm water.
Slaapkamers verzorgd en aangenaam fris.
De hele gite is makkelijk fris te houden, ook bij het extreem warme weer dat we gehad hebben.De buitenruimte is zalig met een groot zwembad die heel regelmatig werd gekontroleerd en onderhouden door de eigenaar. Een oase van rust en ontspanning na een uitstap.
Grote zonneluifel en een stukje groen met schaduw onder de bomen.Afgesloten binnenplaats is voorzien van een versterkt stopcontact voor het laden van de wagen. Best met een kabel van meer dan 5 meter.
Op wandelafstand is een Intermarche, verzorgd en met een groot assortiment vlees, vis en groenten.
Het typisch oude stadje Montluel is eveneens te voet bereikbaar. Daar zijn vele restaurants en voedingswinkels.Er zijn meerdere aan te raden uitstappen, zoals Lyon, die makkelijk en goedkoop met de bus is te bereiken. (Halte op een 200 meter).
Perouges, middeleeuws stadje, Vogelpark met een uitgelezen aantal diverse vogels, Trevoux, stadje waar meerdere kunstenaars zich hebben gevestigd in de hoofdstraat, Ars, met de basiliek van de "cure d'Ars", de Dombes met de vele vijvers . . .Kortom, een gezellige gite om een afwisselende vakantie door te brengen.
