Located in the village's former vicarage with a group of 4 Holiday cottages, this 52 m² gîte for 6 people is on the 1st floor of the building in the heart of the village.
It comprises a living room with dining area and kitchenette.
Two bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed and the second with 4 80*190 Bunk beds.
Bathroom and separate toilet.
Electric heating included.
You have access to a small shared outdoor space with 2 other Holiday cottages.
Cell phone network: Bouygues only. Parking on site.
Pets welcome!
Visit the surrounding area: fishing lakes at Genevray, 500 m away. Marked trails (mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding). Heritage. Restaurant in the village.
For Swimming or Fishing, a wide choice: the lakes of Virieu-le-Grand, des Hôpitaux, Saint Champ and Nantua and the ponds of Lésines and Champdor.
In summer, rock climbing, accrobranche, déval'kart and trottin'herbe.
In winter, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing are on offer at Plateau d'Hauteville.

Lo Beau logement À RÉNOVER …
J’ai choisi ce logement pour sa proximité avec ma famille : Noël à Thézillieu chez ma sœur habitant à quelques mètres.
Les + :La situation idéale, bel accueil et communication facile avec Mélissa, très propre et lumineux, le calme du village.
LES - Salle de bain vétuste , matelas lit double « en cuvette » à changer,
« cuisine » minimaliste (idéale pour faire juste un café!), pas de protège matelas, papier ancien qui se décolle, meubles de cantine scolaire aucun produits de 1ere nécessité … Aucun charme et aucune déco …le strict minimum … trop minimum pour ce prix.
Dommage car cet appartement pourrait être très bien avec quelques petites améliorations.- Cleanliness

Marino Séjour agréable
L'appartement est dans son jus mais le prix est correct, surtout à la période du jour de l'an, et on y est à l'aise à 6 adultes plus un bébé et un gros chien. Baignoire plutôt défraichie (ne pas hésiter à prévoir un tapis pour le fond).
