Do you prefer water sports? Take advantage of the sandy beach at Lac de Cormoranche sur Saône and enjoy a swim or just laze around. Explore the countryside around Vonnas and the Bresse bocage, and immerse yourself in the typical landscapes of the Bresse de l'Ain region.
On foot or by bike, a feast for the eyes and taste buds for nature-lovers.
1.7 km from the gîte, discover the park of the Château de Pont de Veyle: stroll between streams, forest and a large fitness trail.
On the family property, the gîte has a small private terrace in front of the gîte and a private garden area, near Marie Françoise's painting studio.
Now let's visit the interior: the entrance opens onto an open-plan kitchen. The decor, a gentle mix of wood and cement tiles, offers a clean, functional space.
Let's climb upstairs. Notice the change! Escape to Africa. The living room invites you to immerse yourself and relax. The master bedroom welcomes two.
Ground floor: .open-plan kitchen with dining area. Separate WC.
First floor: living room with sofa bed (140x190) and TV; master bedroom with double bed (160x200). Semi-open shower room.
If you want to travel light, the bed is ready, towels and utilities are included. Electric heating. Adjoining the owners' family; parking for one vehicle. 1 km from shops and Pont de Veyle train station. This accommodation is not suitable for business customers.
More than a gîte, this accommodation is also a place where you can enjoy yoga sessions, well-being massages and meditative walks for a true well-being stay. Reservations on site.

Olicoli Un séjour parfait
Se sentir comme à la maison ailleurs que chez soi est une considération qui mérite d'être évoquée après avoir bénéficié de l'accueil si chaleureux de Marie-Françoise à notre arrivée à 1,2,3 Soleil.
En plus du confort, ce lieu nous a offert le calme et toute la sérénité d'une belle campagne. Notre envie de revenir est dores et déjà une certitude.
Marie-Françoise et son mari Philippe, savent être présents et discrets. Une qualité.Merci encore pour toute leur gentillesse, qui nous a beaucoup touché.

Les Troyens Sérénité
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, au calme, dans ce gîte très agréable situé à proximité de belles sorties, à pieds ou en vélo, et d'un plan d'eau sécurisé.
Le gîte est bien équipé, très fonctionnel, aménagé et décoré avec goût.
Les sympathiques propriétaires, Françoise et Philippe, nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et leurs conseils avisés nous ont été d'une aide précieuse pour notre organisation.
Merci encore pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance (et les petites pêches abricotées...).

Zomer 2024 Fantastische uitvalsbasis.
Een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten langs de Saône la Voie Bleu.Fijne plek plek om "thuis" te komen na een actieve dag. Keurig onderhouden. Volledig uitgerust.Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten van de groentes uit eigen tuin.
