To the east of Albi, from St-Juéry, begins the high valley of the Tarn. One of its jewels is the peninsula of Ambialet, at the gates of the Monts d'Alban and Ségala: the Tarn draws an impressive meander, in the center of which the small village of Ambialet has nestled. This strategic place has known a turbulent history, one still finds the remains of a seigneurial castle, the church St Gilles and the Priory dating from the XI century. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, between the banks of the Tarn and the path going up to the Priory.

Your stay here will flow quietly to the rhythm of the river and tourist activities on site: fishing, canoeing, walks and hikes, etc. The first weekend of August is the village festival, a time of conviviality and reunion.

Of course, you will not miss a getaway to Albi and its famous Episcopal City classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site, just 20 minutes by road from the valley.
