The gîte is 30 minutes from Le Mans and the 24-hour race circuit, with freeway access just 7km away. Within 150m, there's a footpath and a fishing trail, as well as a nearby water sports center and equestrian center. Shops are 2 kms away. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc.) with dining area. 1 utility room with washing machine. 1 shower room with shower, 1 washbasin, 1 toilet + male toilet. Upstairs, large open-plan attic space with 1 lounge area, flat-screen TV and bedroom area with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed. Beds made up on arrival, towels provided. For fishing enthusiasts, fishing course 150m away. Hiking trails nearby.

Quentin Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un cadre très calme et reposant, voire même isolé de toutes perturbations, mais aussi d'internet.
Le gite fut entièrement rénové par son propriétaire qui a pris soin de nous accueillir avec les histoires qui entourent cet ancien moulin.
L'accueil fut d'ailleurs très chaleureux, autant par le propriétaire que par ses compagnons à 4 pattes, chien et chats !C'est un gîte bien équipé, et très spacieux pour un couple. Commerce, restaurants etc. dans un rayon d'une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons !

Merci pour votre chaleureux commentaire. En ce qui concerne l'accès internet, nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour remédier à ce désagrément.; Ayant échangé à ce sujet, la note de 3 sur 5 en propreté nous a interpellée. Nous veillerons à ce que les quelques araignées ( cause de cette note ) acceptent de quitter les boiseries et poutres de notre gîte.
