David has undertaken the restoration of the entire property. All around you, absolute peace and quiet, Countryside and woods, horses on the premises. You can explore the countless Hiking trails in the area. Pays des Bastides and discover the 7 wines of the Gaillac Vineyard, the oldest in France.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

Very pretty Holiday cottage at the back of the owner's house, for 2 or 3 people, in a wing of a large farmhouse.
Independent, unoverlooked access, lovely view over meadows and woods; garden, covered terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, plancha.

Magnificent private Piscine surrounded by stone walls (8x5m with 1.40m flat bottom), open from June to September.

Inside, spacious, high ceilings in this 13th-century character house, typical of the Cordes plateau, all in white stone. Guaranteed cool in summer.

- First floor: kitchen with dining room, living room with pool table, wood-burning stove. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer and cooking piano with oven.
- Upstairs is the large bedroom (double bed 180x200cm + baby bed) and shower room with WC. Large hall with single bed 90x190cm under the staircase leading to the 2nd floor for an extra person, on request only.
- On the second floor, Kids or friend's room at the top of the tower with 160x190cm bed.
