Once you've passed the entrance gate, you'll fall under the spell of the paved, flower-filled courtyard that leads to the entrance of the building and its beautiful staircase that will take you to the Loft, on the 3rd floor without elevator, and its covered terrace. From the moment you step through the door, you'll love this beautiful, light-filled home, decorated and equipped in a pleasantly contemporary style. From the vast, open-plan living room, you'll appreciate the view over the City's rooftops. Upstairs, you'll find a cosy bedroom with a "workshop" glass roof. Entrance hall leads to the bright main room, comprising a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with built-in units, a living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, bathroom and separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor: mezzanine with a BZ that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people, and an attic bedroom with high ceiling (low framework, beam at 1.50m).
