Situated just a stone's throw from the medieval city of Carcassonne, this estate, in the heart of the vineyards, is ideally situated to take advantage of all the environmental attractions while being in the middle of nature, in a peaceful setting. Brescou is next to 2 other gîtes for 2 people which have been converted into an old farmhouse. Each gîte has its own entrance and terrace (not fenced) and opens onto a large garden. The owners live on site. The domain offers beautiful views of the Pyrenees and the surrounding area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, etc. The Cavayère lake is less than 20 minutes away by bike, swimming is supervised in high season and many activities are possible with family or friends (water sports base with pedalos, paddle hire, water ski lift, accrobranche...)
The gite, on one level, has: A fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with a toilet, an independent bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be brought together. Laundry room shared with the other gîtes, set up in an outside area (washing machine 5€ per wash and a shared tumble dryer). Parking on site.

Accueil formidable. Madame Geneviève est toujours disponible et très réactive, s'il y a un problème elle le règle avec rapidité et efficacité.

2.8/5Logement certes au calme et proche de la cité mais petit problème de souris et de chiens envahissants.
Pour un 2 épis, il pourrait y avoir le nécessaire pour utiliser le lave vaisselle sans être contraint d acheter une boîte de pastille.- Cleanliness 2/5

Bonjour Mme GUIO, nous vous remercions pour votre avis. Le gîte est situé au calme et en pleine campagne. La souris a dessuite était capturé. Concernant les chiens, il sont chez nous et il suffit de nous informer si toutefois ils se promènent proche du gîte afin qu'on les enferme. De plus, les produits ménagers sont à disposition dans la buanderie.Mme HUCK
