Brescou

Situated just a stone's throw from the medieval city of Carcassonne, this estate, in the heart of the vineyards, is ideally situated for enjoying all the attractions of the surrounding area, while being surrounded by nature and peace and quiet. Brescou is next to 2 other 2-person gîtes in an old farmhouse. Each gîte has its own entrance and terrace (not fenced) and opens onto a large garden. The owners live on site. The estate offers beautiful views of the Pyrenees, and the surrounding area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, etc. The Lac de la Cavayère is less than 20 minutes away by bike, with supervised swimming in high season, and a wide range of activities for families and friends (pedal-boat base, paddle-boat hire, waterski lift, accrobranche...).

The single-storey gite features: fully-equipped kitchen, shower room with WC, independent bedroom with 2 convertible 90 cm beds. Shared laundry room with the other gîtes (shared washing machine €5 per wash and tumble dryer). On-site parking.
