Charming studio overlooking the Pyrenees, 40 m², located in a renovated former barn that includes one Bed and breakfast room. Exposed beams have been preserved.
Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (combined electric oven and microwave, refrigerator with cooktop, dishwasher, 3 gas and 1 electric burners).
Living room (sofa, TV). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine in the adjoining storage room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 160-size bed) on the mezzanine. Bed made upon your arrival. Bath linens available for rent.
Electric heating available at an additional cost. Free Wifi Internet.
Pleasant private terrace facing southeast. Large enclosed park (5,200 m²) with a shared orchard. Outdoor furniture, barbecue.
Holiday cottage EQUIPPED WITH MOSQUITO NETS.
For a relaxing break after your walks, from June through September, the owners’ adjacent pool is open free of charge to guests of the holiday cottage and the Bed and breakfast (every late afternoon, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM).
Pétanque court. Bike shed. Parking on the property.
The owners’ house is nearby. Safran-Turboméca facility is 2 km away.

Alice Super séjour à Assat
Nous avons passé un super séjour à Assat. Eliane est très flexible sur les horaires, très arrangeante aussi (fourniture du barbecue, d'une prise anti moustique, d'un ventilateur) et elle est de très bons conseils niveau sorties culturelles et sportives aux alentours du gîte ! Ce séjour était très agréable, je recommande vivement.

Le gite est très fonctionnel (il ne manque rien), les propriétaires sont très agréables et très discrets, l'extérieur est magnifique (grand parc joliment aménagé très arboré et très fleuri).

Très bon séjour, malgré pluie temps doux,agréable gîte avec un grand parc ombragé, propriétaires accueillant et très gentil, très belle région à bientôt.
