Ideally located in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers region, about a kilometer from the small village of Lamothe-Landerron, halfway between Bordeaux and Agen, Cottage RG welcomes you for vacations with family or friends, in a pleasant, warm and peaceful setting.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the charm of the place, and you'll appreciate the preserved character of this entirely restored property. For your stay, you'll have access to a number of outdoor relaxation areas: a beautiful covered relaxation area with lounge, plancha, barbecue in an old fireplace, table soccer, covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the beautiful private swimming pool at your disposal, bowling green.
Our cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people. It comprises a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room with fireplace, a utility room and laundry area, a mezzanine bed with sofa bed (140x200 cm), three bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, one of which has its own en-suite shower room with bath integrated into the bedroom, a separate shower room/wc and a separate toilet. A fourth bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, en suite shower room/wc and kitchenette (adjoining, not communicating with the Holiday cottage) completes the ensemble. All rooms have reversible air-conditioning. Parking on the property. Bed linen, towels, table linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
