Between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Châteaux de la Loire, as a couple or with a child, enjoy the "Le petit Cottage" gîte, a cosy nest in a quiet hamlet 3km from Airvault and St Loup Lamairé, small towns full of character. The traditional cottage is set in a 1400m² property, close to the owners' holiday home. Private enclosed courtyard and garden of 700m² with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deckchairs and 1 hammock. 2 bicycles available. Pool table in garage. Badminton equipment (net, rackets, shuttlecocks). Petanque area. Small above-ground swimming pool (diameter 140cm, depth 30 cm) available for use in June, July and August. 2 bicycles available. Badminton and billiards in outbuilding. First floor: kitchen-living room-lounge (35m²-small wood-burning stove), washing machine in nearby laundry room, shower room (12m²) with large walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs: 30m² bedroom (1 bed 160X200, sofa bed 140X190 and crib). Beds made up on arrival. Use of wood-burning stove extra (€20 per large basket of wood). Electric auxiliary heating included. Vallée du Thouet 3km away (hiking, fishing, etc.), Lac du Cébron 5km away (sensitive natural area, bird sanctuary, etc.). 1 hour from the Châteaux of the Loire (Saumur, Chinon), the Marais Poitevin and the Puy du Fou.
