Country house featuring a shaded yard and private parking. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace with a charcoal grill, as well as a laundry room with a toilet. On the mezzanine level, a living room with a TV and a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A spacious and bright bathroom (115x80) with a toilet is also located on this level. A 12 m² office is located on the landing. The house has Wi-Fi and wood heating (wood pellets). Bed linens and towels are available for rent. An optional cleaning package is available. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. Shared above-ground pool with the owners, measuring 7 m x 4 m, 1.10 m deep, equipped with a safety alarm. It is open from mid-June to mid-September. The Piscine also features two terraces with a total area of 50 m². Enjoy the shaded grounds in front of the holiday cottage.
