Clos des Séguineries is a small, family-run property located in Saintonge Romane, 1 hour from La Rochelle, 1/2 hour from Royan, and 20 minutes from Saintes. The estate is ideally situated for a wide range of sports and recreational activities, as well as wonderful cultural and historical visits.
Le Clos des Séguineries consists of 6 holiday cottages that are either attached or located very close to one another.

- Private terrace with patio furniture and a plancha grill.

- Large, enclosed shared garden covering 1 hectare, with swings and a slide, as well as a pétanque court, volleyball court, and ping-pong table shared with the other holiday cottages.
- Shared swimming pool with 5 other holiday cottages, accessible from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM from mid-April through September; heated from June through September depending on weather conditions and regulatory restrictions. Dimensions: 6 m x 12 m. Depth: 1.2 m to 2.2 m. Secured by a gate.
- Shared bike storage room.
- Parking for 1 vehicle within the enclosed property.
