The estate is ideally situated for a wide range of sports and recreational activities, as well as wonderful cultural and historical sightseeing.
Le Clos des Séguineries consists of 6 holiday cottages that are either attached or located very close to one another.

Ground floor:

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (Bed 90x190) and an open-plan shower area/toilet.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) with a shower/toilet area open to the room.

Outdoor amenities:
- Private, unenclosed outdoor area with patio furniture under a covered patio and a barbecue.
- 3 sun loungers.
- Large, fenced-in shared garden covering 1 hectare, with swings and a slide, a pétanque court, a volleyball court, and a ping-pong table shared with the other holiday cottages.
- Shared swimming pool with 5 other holiday cottages, accessible from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM from mid-April through September; heated from June through September depending on weather conditions and regulatory restrictions. Dimensions: 6 m x 12 m. Depth: 1.2 m to 2.2 m. Secured by a gate.

- Parking on the enclosed property for 1 vehicle.
