This detached house is set in a vast one-hectare plot. The first floor comprises a living room (with sofas, armchairs, pouffe and stove) with dining area opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, a veranda, a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm), a shower room and separate toilet. The first floor comprises a 3-person bedroom (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), a large 2-person bedroom with balcony (1 bed 160cm), a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm) communicating with a 1-person bedroom (1 bed 90cm), a bathroom (bath, double washbasin and WC). The gîte has private grounds and a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Baby facilities. Bicycles available on request (2 adults and 4 children). Swing and ping-pong table.
