On the Sea road, in a family estate, 50 m² apartment on the 1st floor of a building comprising 3 other Holiday cottages: Holiday cottage 60365 adjoining the ground floor, Holiday cottage 60366 and 60367. The property also includes nearby Holiday cottages 60361, 60362 and 60363, as well as the owners' house. The entrance is independent. It is composed as follows:
