The most beautiful beaches on the Presqu'île are just 5 minutes away by car. You'll be able to observe all kinds of birds thanks to a bird sanctuary just a few hundred meters from the gîte.

This semi-detached house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a green setting. The first floor comprises an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with fireplace, a shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the first with a 160x190 bed, the second with two beds (one 140 and one 90). Outside, you'll enjoy a 500m2 enclosed garden and terrace. A 47m2 carport is available for parking your vehicle. A bag of wood is provided on arrival. Electric vehicles can be recharged in the village.
