The gite is on one level, on the 1st floor of a house. It offers :

- bathroom with large shower and separate toilet with washbasin

Outside, you'll enjoy :
- a large 150 m² terrace overlooking the River Etel, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, a gas barbecue and an inflatable spa under the gazebo.
- Free shared parking 20 m from the gite.
The owner lives on the first floor of the house, but you will benefit from a private entrance leading to the staircase leading to the gite. The house is attached to two other houses.
