Close to the Brest-Nantes canal, this gîte has all the amenities you need to visit the whole of Brittany. GR341 on site and GR38 2 km away. Hiking trails. Close to the Blavet (fishing, towage) and the village of Poul Fétan.
This independent gîte is arranged as follows:
- First floor: living room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area, wc.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one triple with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90, the other with 1 bed 140x190), shower room with wc.
- Outside, private grounds of 400 m² including 100 m² enclosed garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
Practicalities: In the living room: 2 hand towels, 2 tea towels and household products. In bedrooms: pillows, comforters and blankets for each bed; for rent: 2 pillowcases, 1 flat sheet and a house sheet.
In the shower room: 1 bath mat, 1 non-slip mat; for hire: bath sheet, towel and glove.
A Green'Up electric vehicle recharging point outside, for a deposit of €20, invoicing of consumption in addition, on the meter reading.

matzatl je me plais bien ici
propriétaire tres aimable; gîte restauré, equipé et entretenu avec amour et soin, sans trop de style rustique, cuisine complètement équipée; beaucoup de information turistique utile des environs disponible; séjour dans un milieu calme et paisible, mais avantageusement situé pour excursions diverses.

A traditional Breton dwelling in a small quiet hamlet. Comfortable accommodation with a delightful garden. kitchen very small but well-equipped. Owner lives next door. plenty of interesting places to visit in the vicinity and walks from the gite.
Parking immediately outside. Charging point for electric vehicle or plug in hybrid (230 volt) on site, bring your own charger. No additional charge other than standard EdF charge for electricity- this meant we were able to do just about all our visits in electric mode.- Cleanliness
