In Morbihan, Erdeven is above all kilometers of beach in the heart of the Grand site de France Dunes Sauvages de Gâvres à Quiberon. Many sports are available: windsurfing, surfing, sand yachting, fishing and horse riding. The 18-hole Saint Laurent international golf course is 6 km away. There are many signposted footpaths and mountain bike trails (80 km in Erdeven, among the menhirs and dolmens that dot the countryside). Nearby attractions include Carnac and its megalithic alignments, the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coastline, the Gulf of Morbihan, Etel and its Ria, which you can discover by speedboat or kayak. This wood-frame house has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The gîte combines peace and quiet with close proximity to shops and the beach.

This single-storey, south-facing house comprises a light-filled living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge and living room, a laundry room, a separate toilet with washbasin, a shower room and three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the second has two 90x190 beds that can be converted into a 180x190 bed, and the master suite has a 160x200 bed, dressing room and private shower room.
Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden and a large south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs. An enclosed shed is available for storing sports equipment. Up to 3 vehicles can be parked on the property. Baby equipment available on request.
