This magnificent estate was once the holiday home of the Comtesse de Ségur, who inspired her most beautiful novels! A change of scenery is guaranteed: the château's extensive grounds include outbuildings, a wood and a meadow where the deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to the Auray river and the viaduct. Nature lovers will be delighted, and children will love the large garden, tennis court and other outdoor play facilities (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, swing set, bowling green...). The most attractive feature of the estate is the large 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool. For day trips, Pluneret is only 5 minutes from the motorway, and all the tourist sites are within easy reach: the Gulf of Morbihan, Carnac and its menhirs, La Trinité sur Mer and its port, Locmariaquer and its beaches, etc...

The apartment is located on the 2nd (and top) floor of the château. It is composed as follows:
- On the main level: a living room with kitchen, living room and sitting room, then 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 190), a shower room and a separate toilet.
- Duplex: small mezzanine bedroom (1 x 90 x 190 bed).
A laundry room with 3 washing machines is available on the 2nd floor (shared with the 5 other apartments).
Outside, several areas with garden furniture and barbecues are laid out in the park, and there's also a small covered area with washbasins. The estate also includes 5 other apartments in the château, a gite, a cabin and the owners' house. All facilities (playground, swimming pool, etc.) and parking are shared. The estate is bordered by the train line to the north, with all accommodation, park and activities (tennis, swimming pool, games) to the south.
