For your stay as a couple, this holiday rental fitted out on one level awaits you! This cottage offers you beautiful volumes and all the comfort you will need. The cottage consists of a kitchen with living room, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom (1 bed 140) and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a fully enclosed 800 m² garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and a private parking space. The cottage is located on the ground floor of an independent house including the owner's accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floor. Each accommodation has its own private entrance. The laundry room and the garden are shared. Possibility of telecommuting. In Morbihan, come and discover Riantec bordering the small sea of Gâvres: 9 km of coastline and hiking trails that will allow you to discover its wide variety of landscapes. Swimming and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy these activities 300m from the cottage! You can take the batobus to go to Lorient and visit its marine city and its port, and why not embark for a day on the island of Groix.

Expérience très positive
5/5A quelques minutes de Port-Louis, le gîte est en bord de mer, dans une rue très calme, et proche d'une plage hélas impropre à la baignade. Pendant notre séjour nous n'avons trouvé d'animation que dans d'autres communes que Riantec, apparemment très tranquille! Dommage. Le gîte rénové est spacieux, très bien équipé (comme à la maison), d'une propreté irréprochable, doté d'un emplacement pour la voiture. Il bénéficie d'une entrée privée, d'un accès au jardin (salon de jardin, terrain de boules, barbecue) et à la buanderie, d'une literie ferme dans une grande chambre. La propriétaire (qui vit à l'étage) est très accueillante, et tout à fait discrète. Gîte idéal pour un couple, sans enfants, car un seul couchage malgré la surface confortable du logement.

5/5Logement idéalement situé pour un séjour découverte de la Petite Mer de Gâvres et ses alentours. Propriétaire très accueillante et bienveillante qui connaît parfaitement l’environnement et partage à ses hôtes de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région en toute quiétude. Logement spacieux avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour réussi. Le parking privatif apporte un bonus au confort déjà omniprésent.

5/5super location, qui permet d’être prêt de la mer sans avoir a faire des kilomètres et propriétaire très sympathique a l’écoute de ses locataires.
