This seventeenth-century character house is part of a one-hectare estate in a peaceful, relaxing setting just a few minutes from many points of interest. It has been tastefully renovated and is surrounded by landscaped gardens planted with hydrangeas, camellias and oaks, bordered by stone walls, in the peace and quiet of the Carnac countryside, 7 km from Carnac's 5 beautiful beaches. The house is located in a quiet village with many hiking trails.
In the heart of a private, enclosed, landscaped 1500 M² garden, this spacious 180 M² house offers: - Ground floor: a kitchen opening onto the large, convivial living room facing the cathedral fireplace (with wood-burning stove), a bedroom with a 180x200 bed accessible to people with reduced mobility, with an adjoining shower room, and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 1 bed 180x200 divisible into 2 beds 90x200 and 1 bedroom each with 2 beds 90x200, a bedroom with a bed 140x190, a bathroom and a toilet. 4-seater Spa available on request (spa for exclusive use). Beds made on arrival for your convenience. Adjoining n°56G3437, Telework space in a dedicated room. Merci beaucoup pour ces commentaires élogieux. Je regrette toujours que malgré les échanges lors des séjours, les pistes d'améliorations évoquées dans un 4 sur 5 ne soient pas précisées car c'est toujours une piste d'amélioration potentielle alors que tout semble très bien lors des échanges verbaux.. Bonne reprise.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison. Le jardin est très agréable et très reposant, parfait avec des enfants. La maison est très jolie et bien décorée.

C'était un plaisir de vous recevoir dans le Grand Gite après des années dans le petit gite. J'ai été ravie de voir les enfants jouer dans le jardin et auprès de la nouvelle balancoire . We had a beautiful stay at the gîte in Carnac. Françoise, the owner, was warm and welcoming, gave excellent and interesting recommendations, and she responded quickly when we had a problem with hornets. The house is tastefully decorated and the outdoor area is incredibly charming and spacious. A little paradise in Carnac. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
