This vacation rental, equipped to ensure a quality stay, is as follows:
First floor: 40 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker + Senseo), living room and lounge opening onto the outside, 1 bedroom (1 double bed in 160) with private shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
-1st floor: 3 bedrooms (the first with 2 single beds (90cm), the second with 1 single bed (140cm) and the third with 1 single bed (140cm), cot and playpen), a bathroom, a toilet and a mezzanine converted into a study/games area.
Enclosed 400m² garden with electric gate and parking for 3 vehicles, furnished terrace, electric plancha. Garage with table tennis and table soccer.
