A peaceful setting awaits you in this accommodation nestled along the banks of the river Oust.
Enjoy the view from the living room, kitchen and terrace, as well as the privacy of the large garden.
A multitude of outdoor activities are available from the gîte, and all amenities are within walking distance.
On sunny days, enjoy a picnic on the lawn beside the quay, while watching the boats pass through the lock.

Montertelot, a small village on the route of the Nantes-Brest canal and the Vélodyssée, is an ideal stopover for fishermen, cyclists, hikers and pleasure boaters.
Lovers of heritage and architecture will appreciate the towns of Josselin (Petite Cité de Caractère) and Ploermël, just a few kilometers away.
Just 30 minutes away, you can immerse yourself in the legendary Brocéliande forest, explore the Golfe du Morbihan or stroll through La Gacilly.

August 2026: Bookings for the holiday cottage from August 1 to August 14 or from August 8 to August 14 will be accepted by request only.
Traditional country festival in the village of Montertelot across from the Holiday cottage on the weekend of August 15: marquee, entertainment, and yard sale.

Accommodation on the ground floor of the house:

- Living room with a view of the canal
- Fully equipped kitchen
- One bedroom with a bed 140 x 190 cm
- One bedroom with a bed 160 x 200 cm (electric bed with two 80 x 200 cm mattresses, non-adjustable: to use the adjustable headboard feature, please bring 80 x 200 cm sheets)
- One bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 x 200cm beds) (can accommodate one additional person)
- One bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:

A large 2,000 m² garden
A terrace with a table, chairs, barbecue, and lounge chairs
A shed available for storing equipment, bicycles, etc.
Parking available in the courtyard

The backyard is currently being redesigned. The area near the holiday cottage is not accessible, but a second part of the outdoor space remains available. We are doing everything we can to quickly offer you a fully restored garden. The outdoor area in front of the holiday cottage with a view of the canal remains accessible.
