The small town of Josselin is just 10 minutes away, with its castle overlooking the Canal de Nantes à Brest and its picturesque town center.

The gîte offers:
- On the first floor, a separate kitchen with dining area, a very large living room opening onto the terrace, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub and an independent toilet.
- On the 1st floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms (3 with one 140cm bed each, one with two 80cm beds), a shower room and a separate toilet.
The owner of the gîte gives you access to the garage to use the laundry area with freezer and a second fridge, and which can be used as a motorbike/cycle shelter.
