Beautiful, contemporary, single-storey vacation home with modern, stylish decor, located just a stone's throw from the Ria d'Etel in southern Brittany.

In Southern Brittany, come and stay by the sea in the small seaside resort of Etel, an old fishing port that has retained its soul. Etel is nestled at the entrance to the "Ria" and offers sumptuous seascapes with its coastal coves and small lagoons. The gîte is ideally located 800 m from the port, with its shops, restaurants and bars. Just 600 m away is a beach where you can enjoy the pleasures of the sea, as well as a seawater pool for the little ones. To discover the Ria d'Etel and its panoramic views, you can board a cruise boat at the port. Don't miss the Isle of Saint Cado, one of the region's jewels, which you can explore on foot. The beaches of Erdeven are 10 minutes away.

As soon as you walk through the door, you'll appreciate the bright living room with its fully-equipped kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto the wooden terrace. There are two bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds) and a shower room with toilet. The garage has been converted into a laundry room for storing your belongings (bikes, beach equipment, etc.).
Outside, children can play safely in the enclosed grounds. Car parking is provided in front of the gîte (2 private spaces). The rental is attached to a house.
