Discover the commune of Riantec, ideal for exploring the Morbihan coastline. Take part in nature outings with La Maison de l'Ile Kerner to observe the flora and fauna, walk the hiking trails and enjoy the beaches. Just a few kilometers away, visit Lorient, its maritime city and port, with regular departures to the island of Groix.
The gîte is as follows:
- First floor: living room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with wood-burning stove, bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, shower room and toilet.
- 1st floor: three bedrooms (1st bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 120cm bed -for 1 person-, bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed), bathroom, wc.
Outside, enjoy the 50 m² enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Another non-attached garden faces the gîte.

Benjamin Séjour agréable dans un gîte bien conçu
Bon séjour dans l'ensemble la vaisselle ne manque et on se sent comme a la maison. Il faudrait renouveler le matériel de ménage. La SDB du haut un peu vétuste (mitigeur mal fixé). Séjour en hiver le système de chauffage n'est pas vraiment adapté (toute la chaleur monte à l'étage) et le poêle ne parvient pas à réchauffer la pièce principale. 50€ d'électricité pour la semaine c'est cher. Nous pourrions cependant y revenir en été afin de profiter des extérieurs sympa.

Bonjour je suis surpris de votre commentaire il n'y a pas grand chose de positif et vous souhaitez revenir dans le gite !50€ d'électricité pour une semaine ce n'est pas beaucoup la maison est grande il y a l'eau chaude, le four, lave linge, sèche linge et divers
