Come and enjoy the mild Quiberonnais climate in this former fisherman's cottage. You'll find it easy to walk to the center of town and set sail for Belle-île from the pier. Stroll through the shopping streets, and reach the Côte Sauvage, just 400m from the gîte.

The gîte is as follows:
-Ground floor: entrance leading to shower room with large walk-in shower and toilet, kitchen/diner opening onto terrace. A comfortable lounge for relaxing, equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people (2 x 90 x 200 mattresses).
-1st floor: a family room with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 200 bed, opening onto a large 24m² terrace with a small sea view.
- Outside: on the first floor, a south-facing terrace for lunch.
You'll have a "residents' parking" card, allowing you to park in the many adjacent streets in the neighborhood.
For safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used.
