Welcome to Plouray, in the heart of inland Brittany, in a renovated farmhouse set in peaceful, verdant surroundings. This typically Breton stone farmhouse, full of character, houses two independent dwellings. The Holiday cottage is spacious and comfortable, ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant south-facing terrace to relax on after a day of exploring. The little extra: by crossing the owners' garden, you'll have access to a 30-hectare woodland adjoining the property!
Thanks to its central location, the property is an ideal base for exploring the whole region: Lake Guerlédan, the Monts d'Arrée, the Forest de Quénécan, Pontivy, Lorient and the coastal beaches are all within easy reach for day trips.

House on two levels:

First floor:
- Kitchen opening onto the living room
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
- A small bedroom with two Bunk beds (the high bed is not included in the capacity indicated, but an extra person can be accommodated on request).
- One bedroom with a Bed 140 x 190
- One bedroom with a Bed 160 x 200
- Spacious bathroom with shower
- Separate WC with washbasin on landing.

Exterior:
Terrace with table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers and barbecue.
Enclosed outdoor space, adjoining a second seasonal dwelling.

Other information:
Accommodation adjoining the owners' house and a studio for seasonal rental.
