Between Surzur and Sarzeau, this charming stone house welcomes you for a stay in the heart of the Presqu'île de Rhuys. Warm and comfortable, the Holiday cottage offers the ideal setting to take full advantage of the riches of the Golf du Morbihan and the ocean.

Just a 5-minute drive takes you to the coastal paths and coves of the Golf, perfect for seaside walks. A 10-minute drive also takes you to the Atlantic's long beaches for swimming, lounging or water sports.

Just 100 meters from the house, a Hiking trail allows you to explore the Presqu'île on foot or by bike. It takes you to several must-see sites: the Château de Suscinio and its natural estate, the Rhuys Vineyard, and the superb beaches that line the coastline.

Nearby: Vannes and its medieval streets, Arzon and the Port du Crouesty for sailing to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan.

- Kitchen opening onto living room and office area.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- One bedroom with one 140x190 bed.
- Small bedroom with two 90x190 beds.
- Bathroom with shower.

Exterior:
Private garden with dining table, electric plancha and parasol.
Private parking space in front of the Holiday cottage.

Possibility of accommodating an extra Kids on request.
The Holiday cottage is not recommended for young children.
The gîte is not equipped with a microwave.
Semi-detached house next to the owner's house and close to a horse-keeping facility.
