First floor: bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, lounge, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and separate toilet. There's also a garage converted into a laundry room, equipped with a pool table.
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed), and a dormitory bedroom (3 90cm beds, including 1 bunk bed and 1 160cm bed). Also on this level: bathroom (bath and shower) and separate toilet.
Outside, you'll appreciate the large, unoverlooked terrace and private, unfenced garden. Parking for 3 vehicles in front of the gite (gravelled parking), other vehicles can park in the street (free of charge).
Overcrowding for 1 to 3 children can be arranged with the owner's agreement.
A cleaning charge of €150 is payable to the owner on arrival.
