The gite is a typically Breton detached house offering:
- First floor: fitted kitchen with dining area, large living room with sitting area, 1 large bedroom with TV and 140x190 bed, small shower room and separate toilet with washbasin.
- A first staircase leads to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190) and a bathroom with toilet.
- A second staircase leads to 2 large bedrooms (2 beds 140x190) and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, on 730 m² of land, there's a garden and parking spaces. The owners give you access to an outbuilding to use a 2nd fridge and to store your bikes/sports equipment. The gite is 4 km from a military training center (no shooting in summer or at weekends).
