The house offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with private shower room, separate toilet and laundry room.
- Upstairs: a mezzanine with office space, children and games, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 3 beds 90x190), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
- Outside: a partly enclosed garden of 1000 m² and a terrace of 70 m² with a view of the countryside and the fields where the cows graze. The farm building near the cottage serves as a milking place (once a day), the cows live in the fields, so no nuisance to disturb your stay! Gite adjoining an unoccupied dwelling. For your next vacation, come and take a breath of fresh air in the countryside and enjoy the simple pleasures of nature! Explore the Nantes to Brest Canal, admire its locks and boats as you criss-cross the towpath. In the town, the Rouvray leisure center, appreciated by fishermen, walkers and joggers, offers a haven of peace with trees covering more than three hectares. For water sports, Lac au Duc, one of the largest bodies of water in Brittany, is the ideal place, a beach is even laid out there! The cottage is located in the heart of the owners' organic farm. They will be happy to introduce you to their activity, and in early spring, you can even see the calves just born!
