- First floor: a 90m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, a laundry room serving as a scullery and laundry area, a toilet, a shower room, a master suite (1 bed 140cm) with dressing room and private shower room/wc.
- 1st floor: mezzanine, 3 bedrooms (2 with 140cm beds and one with 1 90cm bed), wc and shower room. Large garden (enclosed on road side), south-east-facing terrace with two loungers and deckchairs, and gravelled courtyard for car parking.
