In southern Morbihan, Baden, between land and sea, and halfway between Vannes and Auray, is located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. This vacation rental, with balcony, is located on the second floor of the owners' house.

Ideally located just a stone's throw from Ile aux Moines, you'll quickly reach Carnac, Quiberon, La Trinité /Mer etc... for your escapades.
Along the coastal paths, you'll discover a whole range of dreamy landscapes: coves and small beaches, islands and islets... Just over 1 km away, you can enjoy a swim on the 7 Islands beach. And if you're keen on putting, the 18-hole golf course is just around the corner! During your stay, why not take a cruise on the Gulf, with a stopover at Île aux Moines (10 minutes from the landing stage).

This individually air-conditioned apartment is located in a quiet area, away from the street. On the 1st floor with independent access, on the same level, it offers a living room with fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), shower room and separate toilet.
From the living room, a French window opens onto a south-facing balcony overlooking a landscaped garden in bloom all year round. You'll appreciate the silence as you enjoy your meals in the sunshine. A small rest area is reserved for you with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking alongside the property. Shared bike shed. On the same level: a second gîte (2-3 people), with shared entrance.
