Situated between the Quiberon peninsula and the magnificent Ria d'Etel, close to Carnac and Saint Cado. Erdeven is renowned for its long sandy beaches and unspoilt golden dunes. The Kerhillio beach (in the commune) welcomes you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and board sports: sand yachting, surfing and kitesurfing! Erdeven is also a megalithic site, with its alignments of menhirs, dolmens and cromlech. Not to be missed during your stay: Quiberon and its wild coastline, and Belle Ile, which can be explored by the day (45min crossing from Quiberon). Many hiking trails nearby.

This beautiful contemporary house is spacious and bright, with a large living area for convivial moments with family or friends. The gite offers:
- First floor: living room with kitchen, lounge, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and separate toilet. The first floor can accommodate a person with mobility difficulties (gîte not PMR-approved).
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, the first with a 2-person 180cm bed that can be converted into a 2x90cm bed, with en-suite bathroom (bath), the second with 2 90cm beds (1 crib), en-suite shower room and separate toilet. There's also a mezzanine with a lounge area.
Outside: 700m² enclosed grounds with 2 terraces (one covered), barbecue, garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. Closed garage for one vehicle.
